Golf is a 400 years old game; it started in Scotland and
eventually spread all over the world. Slowly and gradually it became the game
of leisure and stress buster. The rules and regulation of the golf is very
simple, a ball is set by teeing the ground and it is stroked by a club into the
hole. There are number of golf course around the globe, it usually have
features like tree-line fairways, green bunkered, lakes, holes, etc. and the
area of the courses varies from places to places.
The golf course near me has spread into area of 6500
yard and feature seven lakes and 18 holes. Coming to the point, why you should
play golf? Well, one of the important advantages of golfing is that it's an
easy workout. If you are not an active person or if your work doesn’t give you
time to exercise, then playing golf is your best solution. It is good for
stress relief and mild cardiovascular exercise. Also, it provides full body
exercise and helps in muscles development. It is a brilliant outdoor activity
for children and it can also be looked as a great family activity
It is a game which can be played by anyone, be it young or
old, amateur or professional, men, women and physically challenged, anyone can
enjoy the game. You don’t need to be in great physical condition or fast like
athletics to play the game, to play successfully all you need it patience’s,
persistence, practice and concentration. It also encourages friendly
competition, honesty, courtesy and disciplines. Golf course club is a great
place to socialize with like-minded people and make some excellent friends.
