End of time prophecy: Humans have potential self-destruction

In Matthew 24:22, while narrating the current world scenario before his ‘Second Coming’, Jesus said “if that time of troubles were not cut short, no living thing could survive; but for the sake of God’s chosen it will be cut short” This prophecy is quite correct if we analysis today’s world condition. Initially, there were only three nuclear weapons available in the entire world. By the end of year 1960, China and France also got associated with nuclear power club. But today nearly eight countries have nuclear warhead and it is mostly likely to increase considering the current situation in Middle East.

It is obvious that the more nuclear weapon we have the more mass destructive we become. Sooner or later someone might use this deadly weapon for evil purposes. However, from past few years an undivided international attention has been focused on Iran, North Korea as well as on Pakistan, so that the nuclear power doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. During the time of the crisis in Pakistan, Taliban and al-Qaeda supporters took over power, territory and influences, which make the feared nuclear terrorism almost possible. The consequences of such war/terrorism would be horrifying and entire humanity cease to exist.

Meanwhile, China and Russia are preparing their military in order to raise feared alarm of cold war. However, the good news is that according to Bible End of Time Prophecy, the moment humans become self-destructive and are on the verge of exterminating themselves, Jesus will come to the rescue of the humankind. He will stop them from annihilating the human as species and the planet. The End of Time Prophecy cannot be completed until mankind reaches to the point of self-extermination with the weapon of mass destructions.
